Do you need a good existing conditions survey? If yes, then we can help you!
What An Existing Conditions Survey (ECS) Is:
The business tagline we sometimes use is “Buildings measured, then drawn.” We specialize in creating accurate and precise measured AutoCAD and Revit drawings of existing buildings. Doing so involves first measuring, and second drafting. This process is called an existing conditions survey (abbreviated: ECS).
A more detailed description is:
Def.: The act of field measuring an existing building’s physical geometry, in order to create as-constructed digital architectural drawings of it.
The Service I Provide
Our specialty is to prepare ECSs for interior designers, architects, building owners/managers, engineers, and real estate professionals.
We create ECSs of more than just buildings though. The structures we survey could also be outdoor spaces, parks / landscapes, single family residences, retail spaces, unfinished tenant spaces, assembly structures like stadiums, commercial warehouses, etc.
The drawing types that our clients typically request are:
Floor plans, cross sections, electrical plans, exterior and interior elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
Our goal on each project is to create precision measured drawings, and in the process, to provide great, professional on-site and off-site customer service.
We understand how buildings are designed and constructed, with our leadership that is licensed, trained and experienced in architectural design and coordination.
We have documented existing buildings for over 15 years (since 2005), and for hundreds of clients. We are knowledgeable in recording the most important building details, and the best methods to measure buildings. Our clientele are assured that they will receive excellent quality of drawings and professional customer service.
