In 2009, Laure Heriard Dubreuil opened The Webster’s flagship location in a 20,000-square-foot historic hotel designed in 1939 by famed architect Henry Hohauser. Keeping the hotel’s original name, Heriard Dubreuil reimagined the three-story interior into a multi-brand luxury retail destination in the heart of Miami Beach’s Art Deco district.
Our project for the Webster fashion retail showroom in Miami Beach stands as a testament to precision and efficiency. Our as-built documentation services covered approximately 11,560 square feet across four floor levels, meticulously capturing the existing tenant spaces, including a rooftop terrace, to scale.
Delivering detailed Floor Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Electrical Plans, and Lighting Plans in both PDF and CAD (DWG) formats, our scope of work also included inventory of retail displays, 3D modeling, area takeoffs, and interior elevations showcasing intricate millwork and retail displays.
With expedited service and thorough site visits, we ensured seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project, resulting in a comprehensive solution that exceeded operational design requirements.
Experience the transformation with our inclusive as-built documentation services, tailored to elevate your space to new heights of sophistication and functionality.”
